Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You must provide accurate payment information and confirm that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used. Subscriptions begin immediately upon successful payment.

C. Cancellation and Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the product and the immediate access granted upon purchase, cancellation or refund of your subscription is not permitted once the service has started. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the service, please contact us at admin@occhealthrevision.co.uk within 7 days of purchase and we will investigate on a case-by-case basis.

D. Subscription Expiry

Subscriptions expire automatically at the end of the selected period. You will not be charged again unless you choose to purchase a new subscription. Access to the question bank and associated features will cease upon expiry.

IV. Accessing the Website and Account Security

A. Availability

While we endeavour to ensure the Website is available at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Website may experience occasional downtime for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. We accept no liability for any unavailability or errors.
